Terms & Conditions
- By using TechSkills Portal, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. If you do
not agree to abide by these terms and conditions, please do not use this portal.
- The course fee does not include the certification exam fee unless advertised on the specific course page on our
website.
- All programs, courses and courses within packages must be completed entirely once commenced by following the
given schedule. Breaks are not allowed unless approved in writing by TechSkills. If the course is not attended
and left without notice on the schedule provided, the course is considered to have been delivered and TechSkills
is not liable to deliver the training again.
- All courses/packages/programs are non-transferable and must be completed within six months of the commencement
of the first course/module.
- Recording equipment of any kind or camera usage is forbidden during training including but not limited to the
classroom, in-house or live online training.
- No part of the training may be transmitted or reproduced in any form or by any means without approval from
TechSkills.
- TechSkills reserves the right, if necessary, to cancel, move or reschedule a previously confirmed training
course date or a training course currently being delivered for various reasons, including but not exclusively,
illness, unavailability of the trainer, circumstances beyond our control or other unforeseen circumstances. In
these cases, TechSkills will endeavor to inform the participant as soon as practicable. In an event where it is
necessary to reschedule the course(s) to another date(s), TechSkills shall inform the participant as soon as
possible regarding the new course delivery date(s).
- TechSkills will have no other/further liability of any type due to changes to the course date other than those
set out in this condition, and no other claim for compensation or expenses will be considered.
- The information and materials contained in this portal – and the terms and conditions of the access to and use
of such information and materials – are subject to change without notice. Products and services described, as
well as associated fees and charges may differ among geographic locations. Not all products and services are
offered at all locations.
- We reserve the right to view, use and record activities undertaken at TechSkills premises and our training
courses.
- Use of Photos and Videos:
TechSkills Institute reserves the right to capture photos, videos, social media comments, and feedback obtained
during classes, programs, and other activities. By participating, students consent to the use of these photos,
videos, social media comments, and feedback obtained for promotional, training, and documentation purposes,
including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials. If a student wishes to opt-out,
they must notify the administration in writing at the time of enrollment.
- Use of Success Stories:
By enrolling in TechSkills Institute and participating in our programs, students grant the institute the right
to use their success stories, including their name, image, and job placement details, for promotional purposes.
These may include, but are not limited to, social media posts, website content, brochures, and other marketing
materials. If a student wishes to opt-out, they must notify the administration in writing at the time of
enrollment.
Payment Terms & Conditions
- All students are required to honor their financial commitment.
- Students are required to pay a registration fee to secure their spot for the one-week trial period. This fee
ensures that spaces are reserved for students genuinely interested in exploring what our program offers.
Refund Policy:
- To qualify for a refund of the registration fee, students must complete the entire one-week trial
period.
- All refund request should be submitted by the end of one week trial period.
- Any refund request made beyond trial period will not be refunded and student will be liable for
full fees.
- No remission of fees, either in whole or in part, will be made if the student is absent due to leave or
withdrawal after Week 1 trial period ends.
- Fees are payable on the due dates as per agreement.
- A late payment penalty of $50 per month will apply if fees are not paid by the due date and a fee of $25 will
be charged each time direct debit fails or is declined as per agreement.
- Vouchers and referrals will be considered valid only if explicitly stated in the enrollment form.
- Requests to modify vouchers or referrals:

All requests to modify vouchers or referrals must be submitted no later than the end of the one-week
trial period.

After Week 1: No changes to vouchers or referrals will be permitted under any circumstances. This
includes, but is not limited to:

Referral Name Submission:
At the time of enrollment, students are required to provide the name of their referral on the
enrollment form. This name must be accurate and submitted in good faith.
- No Changes Permitted:
Once a referral name has been submitted, it cannot be modified, replaced, or updated under any
circumstances. For example, if a student lists “X” as their referral, they cannot later request to
change it to “Y”.

Converting Vouchers to Referrals or Vice Versa:
Students cannot switch the purpose of their vouchers. For instance, an Info Session Voucher or
Office Visit Voucher cannot be converted into Friends and Family Referral, and similarly, a Friends
and Family Referral cannot be changed into any type of voucher.

Purpose of Policy:
This policy ensures fairness, avoids confusion, and maintains the integrity of our referral tracking
system.

Compliance:
All students are required to adhere to this policy. Any requests to alter referral names after
submission will not be entertained.

Students must complete and sign the Direct Debit authorization prior to attending their Week 2 class.
Non-compliance will result in the student being ineligible to attend any classes beyond Week 1.

A valid copy of passport or driving license must be submitted at the time of signing the payment terms and
conditions.
Privacy & Policy
- I declare that the information I have provided is, to the best of my
knowledge, is true and correct.
- I consent to the collection, use and disclosure of my personal information for the
purpose of enrolment.
- I am aware that there are severe penalties for providing false or misleading
information.
