Payment Terms & Conditions

  1. All students are required to honor their financial commitment.
  2. Students are required to pay a registration fee to secure their spot for the one-week trial period. This fee ensures that spaces are reserved for students genuinely interested in exploring what our program offers.

    Refund Policy:
    1. To qualify for a refund of the registration fee, students must complete the entire one-week trial period.
    2. All refund request should be submitted by the end of one week trial period.
    3. Any refund request made beyond trial period will not be refunded and student will be liable for full fees.
  3. No remission of fees, either in whole or in part, will be made if the student is absent due to leave or withdrawal after Week 1 trial period ends.
  4. Fees are payable on the due dates as per agreement.
  5. A late payment penalty of $50 per month will apply if fees are not paid by the due date and a fee of $25 will be charged each time direct debit fails or is declined as per agreement.
  6. Vouchers and referrals will be considered valid only if explicitly stated in the enrollment form.
  7. Requests to modify vouchers or referrals:
    1. All requests to modify vouchers or referrals must be submitted no later than the end of the one-week trial period.
    2. After Week 1: No changes to vouchers or referrals will be permitted under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
      1. Referral Name Submission:
        At the time of enrollment, students are required to provide the name of their referral on the enrollment form. This name must be accurate and submitted in good faith.
      2. No Changes Permitted:
        Once a referral name has been submitted, it cannot be modified, replaced, or updated under any circumstances. For example, if a student lists “X” as their referral, they cannot later request to change it to “Y”.
      3. Converting Vouchers to Referrals or Vice Versa:
        Students cannot switch the purpose of their vouchers. For instance, an Info Session Voucher or Office Visit Voucher cannot be converted into Friends and Family Referral, and similarly, a Friends and Family Referral cannot be changed into any type of voucher.
      4. Purpose of Policy:
        This policy ensures fairness, avoids confusion, and maintains the integrity of our referral tracking system.
      5. Compliance:
        All students are required to adhere to this policy. Any requests to alter referral names after submission will not be entertained.
  8. Students must complete and sign the Direct Debit authorization prior to attending their Week 2 class. Non-compliance will result in the student being ineligible to attend any classes beyond Week 1.
  9. A valid copy of passport or driving license must be submitted at the time of signing the payment terms and conditions.
